Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Drinking Water

BAL has over ten years of experience testing public drinking water. Our staff is well versed with State and Federal Regulations regarding Public Drinking Water.  The Laboratory Director, Darlene Capuano, worked for a large water treatment facility in Rhode Island before joining BAL.  She holds a Grade 4 Operator in Training (OIT) – Treatment license in the state of Massachusetts.  She has previously held a Grade 3 OIT – Treatment in Rhode Island. 

BAL has an excellent relationship with the Rhode Island Department of Health, Office of Drinking Water Quality and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. 

BAL is currently certified in Rhode Island and Massachusetts for the following drinking water methods.
